Based in Cape Town, this site will be involved in televising schools rugby live on DSTV channel 319, starting with the SACS  vs  Bishops game on Saturday 10 May 2014.  They also have a 30 minute slot at 19:30 on the same channel every two weeks as from 17 April 2014:

Run by a resident of Sea Point, the site below is unmissable, providing as it does real-time minute-by-minute "commentaries" on major schools rugby games.  They have already "broadcast"  from St John's at Easter, Wildeklawer in Kimberley and the Wynberg Rugby Festival:
